Roles available

Consultants can join Refreshe at a range of levels reflecting your level of experience.

The diagram below shows the range of levels at Refreshe along with a brief description of the roles.

A brief summary of the roles is provided below:

Analyst

Analyst is the entry level role at Refreshe.  Typically, Analysts will be recent graduates with a strong interest in business and the environment.  Analysts are given responsibility for specific tasks within client assignments.  They play a key role in researching, analysing data and preparation of reports as well as presenting their work to others within the team.  Analysts are actively encouraged to pursue further study, such as a postgraduate degree, whilst in the analyst role to assist their professional development.

Associate

Typically, Associates will have two to three years of experience and / or a post graduate degree when they join Refreshe.  Associates take responsibility for a specific area of a client assignment, applying their problem solving skills to develop solutions on behalf of clients.   An Associate’s expertise and ability will determine the level of responsibility that they take within a client assignment.

Associate Principal

Typically, Associate Principals will have five to seven years experience and a post graduate degree.  Associate Principals take responsibility for a portfolio of clients in a particular industry segment and are responsible for delivering the expertise of the Refreshe team to the client.  Associate Principal’s develop specialist expertise in a particular industry segment and take responsibility for managing ongoing client relationships.

Principal

Typically, Principals will have ten to fifteen years experience and a post graduate degree.  Principals manage a portfolio of clients in a particular industry segment.  They possess a high level of specialist experience and lead the team on client assignments.  Principals have specific responsibility for ensuring that clients experience the very best from Refreshe and ensuring that the entire team delivers beyond the client’s expectations.  Principals are also responsible for bringing the best out of the team around them by creating opportunities for them to grow and develop.
