How to apply
Applications to Refreshe can be made by sending your CV or resume along with a covering letter (stating which level you are applying for) to careers@refreshe.com.au
Applicants are welcome to submit their CV or resume in their preferred format. This section provides some guidelines on the types of information and order of presentation that we find helpful in providing a full and fair evaluation of your application:
Personal and contact details
Your personal details and current contact information.
Background
A short summary of your background and your suitability for the role for which you are applying.
Education and qualifications
Details of your education and qualifications including the institution, location, subject(s) studied, your grades, the level of qualification attained as well as any prizes or awards received. Please also provide details of any research work, major projects or theses that may assist your application.
Career or work experience
Outline your career or work experience starting with your most recent role and including details of the organisation, your role within the organisation and your day to day responsibilities. Please include details of your key achievements in the role and the impact that you had in your role.
Key skills
Summarise your key skills and provide a brief summary of how you consider that these skills will be of benefit in the role for which you are applying.
Achievements and outside interests
Provide details of your outside interests and achievements. Achievements may include positions of responsibility, non-academic qualifications, charity work, extra curricular activities, participation in sport, societies, memberships and hobbies.
References
Please provide details of two referees that know you well and who would be willing to provide us with a written reference.

Refreshe treats all applications confidentially. We will only use the information that you provide in your application for the purposes of evaluating your application, except where you subsequently join Refreshe, in which case your application will form part of your employment records. In accordance with good business practice, we may keep a copy of your application on file for our records.
