Application process

Our application process is rigorous because we want to ensure that we recruit outstanding people and we want you to have the opportunity to learn all about Refreshe before making the decision to join.

We have set out the key steps in the application process.  The steps are chronological with progression to the next step requiring both you and us to decide that we wish to continue with your application.

Step 1

Use the information on the Refreshe Website and external research to decide whether a position at Refreshe is right for you.

Step 2

Send us your CV or resume.  Applicants are welcome to submit their CV or resume in their preferred format.  How to apply provides some guidelines on the types of information and order of presentation that we find helpful in providing a full and fair evaluation of your application.

Step 3

If you are invited for an interview this will usually take place at our offices.  Here you will meet with two or three of our consultants and have the opportunity to learn more about Refreshe and demonstrate your suitability for the role.

Step 4

A second interview provides an opportunity to follow up on the first interview in order to confirm your suitability for the role and to provide you with an opportunity to learn more about Refreshe and the team with whom you will be working.

Step 5

Once the interview process is completed we will make a decision on whether to make you an offer.  This will allow you to make a final decision about whether you wish to join our team.
